BRIEF DETAILS ABOUT IEA FOUNDER
Vinod Damodar Raulkar, the visionary behind the India Export Academy (IEA), hails from the quaint village of Fulchur in Maharashtra’s Gondia district, born in 1974.
His educational journey began at Zilla Parishad Fulchur School, where he completed his primary and secondary education. Continuing his academic pursuits, he obtained his 10+2 and graduation degrees from JM Patel College, Bhandara, under Nagpur University’s auspices.
Post-graduation, Vinod embarked on a mission to guide aspiring minds through Gurukunj Career Academy, offering invaluable assistance for competitive examinations. His dedication bore fruit, with a significant number of students finding success under his tutelage.
Venturing into entrepreneurship, Vinod delved into the world of business, initially in the phenyl industry with Bhavika Chemical Industries from 2004 to 2009. Concurrently, he achieved membership in the prestigious Gold Club while managing Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company’s agency. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2017, VDR immersed himself in trade finance with Vijaya Financial.
In 2018, fueled by a modest investment of Rs 28,000, VDR founded Bhavika Traders, rapidly scaling its turnover to exceed Rs 5 crore.
Driven by his vast experience spanning two decades across diverse sectors, VDR established IEA with a formidable mission: to nurture 5000 successful exporters within a year.
